A small falcon with the size of Rock Dove. Resident of Asakawa River basin, who inhabits all year round and is rather common bird. If you are careful, you will notice the species looking over atop iron towers and antennae on buildings, or circling overhead.@Some breed in this area and build nests on artificial structures.
